i’m asking lots of questions recently (what am i on?)

trainers
the germans and french use the alpha jet
the uk, oz, us navy soon india and south africa use the hawk
italy has the Aermacchi planes
the usaf has the old t-38 (f-5 based)
the czech made the l-39 for the hole warsaw pact and now the l-159
poland had its own trainer (what is it?)
romania and old yugoslavia had something together (what was ?) and now romanian’s making the iar-99 solim (?)
japan has the old T-2 (f-1 based)

so looking at this what does the big players use now (usa, china, russia). if the usn is buying british whats going on. same thing with old ussr buying czech
