Perfect airforce

What would be the perfect airforce? Say you don’t have to bother about prices or political problems. A combination of western and eastern materials.
And best of all, price is not important. Ofcourse it has to be realistic, otherwise you could say i “i’ll buy one zillion Mig 21’s” and nobody can beat me!
Serious what would be a perfect airforce. Just like a kid with one million dollar in a toy-shop!
