AESA-radar of the F-15Cs?

Can somebody give me some performances of this radar: range, poweroutput, modes,…

Everybody seems to know that this radar is so good, but why is this radar so good (i know that the radar dish has been replaced by a non mouveball dish with lots of sensors on it)

Maybe a stupid qeustion but for what stands AESA?
