vstol JSF which design than you prefer?

IMHO i feel that the boeing proposal X-32 which use deflected jet thrust is the more promising vstol design,the x-35 with the lift fan on the other hand sounds a bit risky …..
(in level flight the lift fan would be a dead weight,and the spaces are wasted)
But ironicly for the airforce and navy version I prefer the x-35 cause the prototype is way closer to the operational type than the boeing,and lockheed can draw on its previous experience on the F22,the winning design.
Thats why the all in 1/winner takes all doesn’t sound too good.
