Some years ago the RNLAF were considering modifying a DC10 for refueling purposes. Unlike the KC135 with the underfuselage bay with it´s viewing port for the boom operator, the Duch were considering using closed circuit TV for monitoring the boom-“refuel by wire” they dubbed it.
Has this been introduced?
