Czech Fighter Requirement

I’d just like to know some thoughts on what you guys believe is the best aircraft to fulfill the Czech requirement for 24-36 fighter aircraft?

The contenders are:

Eurofighter Typhoon
JAS-39 Gripen
F/A-18E/F Super Hornet
F-16C/D Block 50/52
Mirage 2000-5

Rafale is missing from here. I don’t really know why…
