Extreamly Strange Thnigs in Croatia

I found this article regarding the croatian S300 and few other things . The things the croats did are extreamly wierd..apparetnly they paid for s300PUM to be smugled in despite sanctions ,with an Island (go figure), But for some reason thay got sistem minus radr hence the Usless… I say again, lots of confusing, stupid, funny and radiculus things hapend..that is if this is true
