Hi everybody,
Although AFM is an excellent magazine, I’ve got some suggestions which can only make it more attractive for the readers. I’m not only talking about the lay-out (which can be better, look at the X-planes special where black pages as background make it easier to read), but some articles like the Georgean and Maltesian airforce aren’t so interesting (sorry!, no hart feelings). Instead of those articles, why don’t make more specials like the Phantom special, which was excellent. The B52 would be a good subject. But the other articles are very good, USAF-parts, headlines, news around the world … and every article is written very good and there are no commercials in the magazine. Is there anybody who has some suggestions, maybe the webmaster can do something about it. Together with the new lay-out of the website, the magazine could make some changes too. Or why don’t we make it interactive, voting for some articles. Maybe this has gone too far, but I’m just brainstorming!
I’m not a marketing specialist, but I know that a magazine which makes some changes every 6 months (not big ones, but minor differences), will attract new readers and will make it nicer to read for the older ones.
Does AFM appear in other languages than English?
I’m also looking for a second magazine, I don’t know which I would chose? Can anybody give me some suggestions :
– Air International
– Air action
– World Air Power Journal
– …
Thanx in advance
PS : put the suggestions in my private inbox (otherwise you make the web-site slower with to many threads)
