AEF/composite wings

I would like to know how you gents feel about the USAF AEF (aerospace expedition force) concept and/or the use of composite wings, which is a related subject (but not the same).
Personally I think it’s a good idea to have some wings designated to respond to a crisis, being able to deploy quickly. I also like the idea of composite wings like the 366th wing with its KC-135Rs, B-1Bs, Eagles, Vipers and Strike Eagles. When you deploy this wing you have complete wing with many capabilities in it.
