Personal Vacation air force

I just heard on the news that Mexico’s last president used to go two, sometimes three times to Can cun (a month!) to scuba-dive. He would take the presidential Citation (with his family) and then there would be a Super Puma that would take them to a private beech, a C-130 Hercules that carried the jet skies, food and a “special” beech-SUV, plus another back-up Hercules that would carry the 70 secret service agents that would gard them.
By the way, the goverment spent an estimated $8.6 million a year on this. If you guys could do something like this what would you get and where would you go?
