IAF in Kargil?

Hi,

As i am new at this forum, and this is my first post, i have replyed few times in a thread 4 ‘PAF in Kargil’.

Just looking from a different angle on Kargil scenario, as few individuals didn’t understand what i meant.

My question is “as all the world knew and so did the Indian that Packs were behind Kargil. the Indian govt. and the military said many many times that Packs have enter Indian territory, than why for God sake, IAF didn’t attack PAF bases in Azad Kashmir and in the Northen areas”.

WHY DIDN’T THEY ATTACK PAF BASES, ATLEAST IN AZAD KASHMIR AND THE NORTHEN AREAS.

Some of the PAF bases are in Gilgit, Skardu, Balakot,
Muzafarabad.
