Harpoon scenarios?

I have been playing Harpoon a lot of late- and especially enjoy creating scenarios and wargaming. How accurate is the modeling in Harpoon- if it is accurate then many of the debates on this forum eg. which plane is better, which air force will ein etc will be answered easily.
