Playstation as Supercomputers?

Just came across this report from Ha’aretz:

It is claimed that Saddam once again is trying to develop the Bomb, and is using Supercomputers made from Playstations to develop it.

Guys, what do you think? Is this a serious report, or just some kind of sick joke (or a dumb reporter, for that matter)?
