Everybody loves the “Missile With a Man in It”. This aircraft has got to be the sleekest airplane ever to fly. With its needle nose and razor sharp wings, the F-104 is also one of the fastest at Mach 2.2 (1,450 mph). I was just going to post this and get some opinions on this aircraft, its role today, and its history if anyone has any neat facts on it.
