Weaponry vs. fighters.

What fighters fits what kind of weapons …
I think it’s very stupid to give LGB-capabilities to the Mig 21 Lancer (like the Romanians) do, because the fighter is not made for such tasks.
During the kosovo-crisis for instance, Belgian pilots (with F16A’s in their original configuration, so without MLU) only flew with 2 sidewinders and 2 Mk 82’s. I think that’s the best solution : don’t try to overload small and old fighters with the newest technologies. But with our new MLU-kits, that won’t be a problem anymore. From now on, we can use the AIM-120B AMRAAM and the AGM 65 B/D Maverick.
