EUROCORPS

Lets imagine that the EU finally establishes its own defence forces, made up of contributions from all the member nations. There would have to be a Unified Military Training system and a common language spoken by all of those interested in joining the new EUROCORPS.
Which country do you think would dominate this force? Would it be Germany, France or the UK? Who would be more interested in having such a force?
Do you guys think that Pan-europatization would be possible? Would English be the common language?
Now comes the easy part, which equipment to choose from? Obviusly EADS and European manufacturers would be the lucky ones, but do you think they will be technological mature enough, say in 2020 to survive without the Americans. Could you imagine a UEAF made up of Typhoons, Rafales (although the French usually go their own way), Mirages, Tornados, A-400M’s, AMX’s, C-295’s, Hawks, Makos, EH-101’s, NH-90’s, Cougars, Tigers, etc. How effective would this EUROCORPS be? And most importantly do you think that the cultural and political environments would allow the formation of an EUROCORPS during the XXI Century?
