On a recent visit to R.A.F Aldergrove i came a cross a Puma Hc1 which had been heavily externally modified with what appeared to me to be Observation equipment including an infra-red turret. As the side doors were opened I also saw to compyterized work stations in the troop compartment. The puma wore 230 sqn markings and standard green on green camoflage. If anyone knows of the helicopter or its specific purpose I would like to know?
