Dumb bombs

Is there still a future for the Mk-series and the unguided rockets? During desert storm and the kosovo-conflict, about 80% of the weapons dropped were smartbombs/missiles (like the GBU 20 and the AGM 130). Personally, i think, that in a real war, an expensive on, the defence-budget will force us to use less sophisticated missiles and bombs
