S300 to Yugoslavia ??

has anybody heared anything of supposed deal between RVJ and russians about delivery and instalation of s300 system in yugoslavia. Apparently the yougoslavia will pay 1.7 billion US over next 3 years for them. I thought they were suppose to fix the economy and help people before bying new arms.

Anyway do you guys know anything about this and what is your oppinion?
