Palestinian AAA?

Today I saw images on tv of an Israeli Apache, which was being shot at. You could clearly see tracers. The Apache was hit, but continued to fly. Now my question is: do you have any knowledge of Palestinian (PA? Fatah? Hamas?) possessing AAA or even SAMs?
