f-18 vs f-22

hi,
if the F-18 and the F-22 were in a dogfight, against each other, and it all depended on manouverability and not speed or the weapons, who would win? also, if the pilots were both the same skill??? i would say the F-22 because of its thrust vectoring engines!

who do you think would win? or what would be the most manouverable plane in the world if the pilots were all the same skill?
