F-5 Tiger II

I have always had a likeness for this aircraft. In my opinion, it is one of the most cost-effective and potent tactical fighters in the world. It only costs 1/3 as much to operate it as it does say an F/A-18. The new F-5S that Singapore has created from upgrading the F-5E is highly deadly. It incorporates an Italian F/X radar giving the F-5 BVR and enhanced ground-attack abilities. The F-5 can now carry the AIM-120 AMRAAM missile. The upgrade also includes MFD’s, HOTAS controls, and Singaporean F-5’s have always had IFR capability. Can I get some commentary on this aircraft and this particular upgrade.
