You’re right.
The 250 km is a specific indicative. However the technical data of the HEW-784 are not public. It was also mounted only on 1 of 4 helicopters provided because the technical tests are not yet finished.. For the detection of missiles speaks indicative of a radius between 100 and 200 km.
