But this time the question goes for Bear class US coast guard cutters and particularry the porposed ASW oriented corvette derivate of it (FFX ??) that was mentioned in the Reagan era but never build….Also our dear Convays all the world fighting ships 1947-95 mentiones under Taiwan that a missile corvette of 1200 tn based on the Bear class was planned to be build (it never did, didn’t it :rolleyes: ) So I was just wondering that does anyone has any of those nice scetches of these desings as we have been able to enjoi recently in the small carrier thread??

If you need drawings to build a model the main font is the ANB (a group of modelers) but for this you have to pay (but most of the drawings are original shipyard one’s i’ve hard that for some classes of small boat the informartion you can find are so precise that you can build one real ship….)
On this forum there is an old post with some good photo and a complete hystory in italian of course….
I think that for good photo i will have to search on old books, if i will find something i will post it….
