USN carrier air wing compositions in the Phantom II and Crusader era?

Hello, I’ve seen aircraft listings for the F-14, F/A-18A/B/C, A-6 era and on, but not anything involving the F-4 and/or F-8.

Of course I forgot to add this in my first post: I’m also looking for how many of each aircraft were embarked on these carriers in that era.

F-4/F-8 airwings

During Vietnam, the F-8 operated off of the smaller WWII era Essex class carriers as the F-4 was too heavy. An Essex boat, like the Oriskany, would have F-8’s, A-4’s, and A-1’s, the smaller and lighter birds while a boat like the Kitty Hawk would operate F-4’s, A-7’s and A-6’s.
