Help

I came across a pic taken in Bahrain of Allied ships in dock, I can ID most of the ships but the FFG has got me puzzeled.

I thought is was one of our Adelaide class FFG’s but the colour is all wrong, then I thought about Turkish ships of this class but Turkey wouldn’t be in the gulf would they? The original caption says that it is British and US ships in dock but again the colour is all wrong for US ships, so who owns this ship?

Also can anyone provide me with a current list of OHP ships in service with the various navies around the world, my list is a little out dated
