Sonar ex-Sheffield F96, 2016 or 2050

Hello to all:

I want to obtain information about that sonar was taking the Frigate F96 Sheffield to the moment of his sale to Chile, if 2016 or 2050.
The web page of the navy of chili indicates that the sonar is Ferranti/Thomson Sintra Type 2016/2050, is possible this?? For my is a madness.

I have visited different pages and the majority indicates that originally it is a 2016, and there are no indications of a later refit.
