Strange!!! Because, these guys don’t look anything at all
like the machoistic Clint Eastwoods; the unstoppable Swartzniggers;
or the super-inteligent Fred Fredman characters we were made to expect
would man Made in Holywood command modules as these…

Man, you really are a looser. I’m not waisting my good time on you no more.

My Dear Mr. Wanshan,
I accept your perception that I am a looser!
Big deal as they say…

Although I admit our navy is pathetic and soon probably non-existent…

Your navy? And which would that be :p???
And please… Don’t tell me you are indeed a Dutchman because that would
be hard if not impossible for me to digest :p…

Never mess with or call people/
nationalities (or poke fun at other’s inteligences)
stupid when you don’t know them.

Just a thought, Mr. Severodvinsk:

Have you (others here too of course) ever heard
of the saying –practice what you preach??? It’s almost a
philosophy that we can all live by, don’t you think?!!!

You mean to tell me that you really look like that :p , Mr. Wanshan?

If so, then you will have to excuse me for the honest mistake because I’m
not familiar with Dutch names and was sort of confused with the Asiatic sounding alias!
However, I still can’t figure you taking on the resemblace of that astronaut.

And Oh… Is that the ISS??? And, did you say it sports a NASA rather than a
Dutch Logo? Not that it matters of course. Additionally, I don’t see any Logo of any other
nation from out of the mighty continent of Asia on that thing. And that, my friend, automatically
disqualifies it as something that is one’s own for the big mouths of this board.

Anyway, I am not here to arm wrestle with you over weather Dutch techs are any superior
or inferior to Chinese one’s or visa versa because there are no conflicts of interest existing between
the Dutch and the Chinese either way it swings. However, I would not say same for those whose logics, or
whose mentality and rehtorics, are more suited to… shall we say… the BR board, maybe???

Just a thought :p !

Oh No, someone attacked our frigate with a nuke… But she survived 🙂
She’s for sale, anyone interested? Just upgraded…

Damn!!!

Why is it that everyone here just simply and
mysteriously all of a sudden turn Homo Sapien instead of Homo
Erectus for which I thought I was certain :p ???

Hmmm!!!! If the above
holds true, then good old Eddy here

Mr Wanshan did
what you asked, he came up with some
junk of his own.

Can Mr. Wanshan really represent the country
:phttp://forum.airforces.info/showpost.php?p=506794&postcount=36 :p :p :p
these subs supposedly belong??? Hmm… I wonder???

“if you don’t have junk, you can’t call Chinese stuff Junk”.

Did I say that? I thought what I said
was that you do not qualify to make such statements
if you are unable to deliver in same :p .

Basically everyone needs
to have junk to call Chinese things junk?
You live in an odd world…

Please… Back your arguments with “substance”… Not
smart a**ed remarks! Such remarks are drawing an even more negative picture
of you and how it is trully affecting you and your world.

You pretty much did just about the same thing to Russia/Soviet
Union now. You call it junk. You indeed have even more junk, aka Han and
Xia class. So indeed you qualify to call Akula junk in your world.

As I said, you must, first things first, come up with your very own
junks – even if 60’s and 70’s techs, if you are to judge others! “Not leaky imports that even
Mr. Putin himself will not employ/use
for his own armed forces”
.

You are stating rubbish
and I don’t know of any Leaking Reactor
incident on any Akula.

Facts: There are so many nuke subs rusting idly away in Russian
yards now days because of insufficient funds to operate them that it alarms even the
mighty US of A as to how best to dispose of them safely and properly.

Wanshan does have such sources about
Shenzhou and Soyuz and his country does not need to build any
Spaceship to allow him to say such things.

Even so! Or even if such is indeed true, I challenge
you to come up with your own Soyuz replicas. If otherwise, you, my friend,
are not qualified to judge or to make such statements.

Again, if J-7’s don’t qualify as MiG-21’s, then neither does
SZ-V’s qualifies as a Soyuz replica no matter how you like to paint the picture.
And, if you think you can do better, then, as they say: Please…

“Show Us the Money :p !!!”

Wow and cool!!! You mean those are your buckets, Wan???

Anyway, I’m so sorry for presenting you with the challenge
to come up with your own rusty buckets, because I never knew you were a
down to earth and true to life red blooded kinda Dutchman!

Therefore, you will have to excuse me for my naive ways because I had always
had the impression that “:p your country would be as culturally diverse as Canada’s is :p”
and that “:p there, too, are many many minority groups :p” as it is in Canada.

I’m glad, Wanshan, that if you are a Dutchman :p
that you are a full blooded full fledge Dutchman and nothing else but a Dutchman
and that Dutchmans are never of Asian descent :p !!!

Now, Mr Edison you have gone to far.
Mr Wanshan did what you asked, he came up with some junk of his own. I don’t get your point of: “if you don’t have junk, you can’t call Chinese stuff Junk”. Basically everyone needs to have junk to call Chinese things junk? You live in an odd world…
You pretty much did just about the same thing to Russia/Soviet Union now. You call it junk. You indeed have even more junk, aka Han and Xia class. So indeed you qualify to call Akula junk in your world.
Yet this does not apply to the real world, wake up my friend…
What counts here is whether you state something very logical or proven or not. You are stating rubbish and I don’t know of any Leaking Reactor incident on any Akula. If you do have any official or pseudo-official source for such thing, please post it then.
Wanshan does have such sources about Shenzhou and Soyuz and his country does not need to build any Spaceship to allow him to say such things. And if he sees no use in his government wasting their money on such projects, I don’t think he should “force” his government to do so. If you wanted a spacerace, sorry you’re a couple of decades late for that.
I’m not cracking jokes or wise cracker or whatever kind of language you are talking. I think this is very clear language to any person with even the very basic knowledge of English.

The basic shape and division into modules resembles that of the Russian Soyuz spacecraft, and there has been tight cooperation with Russian space agencies and companies beginning in 1994, which also provided blueprints and transfers of full-scale Soyuz spaceships to China. Russian help was also important in the area of astronaut training.

Notwithstanding, both official Chinese sources as well as many Western analysts note that the Shenzhou is not merely a copy of the Soyuz and contains substantial amounts of indigenous design. In particular, the Shenzhou is substantually larger than the Soyuz and also contains a powered orbital module which is capable of autonomous flight.

I know that some of the Chinese contents
clicked here on this board is extremely hard for you or some of you to
swallow and to digest, Mr. Wanshan, & Co…

“But, to back your argument, :p or jokes :p, you must first and foremost
come up with your very own “joking matters“, Mr. Wanshan. Then and only then,
do you qualify to tell others that their Soyuz look-alikes is a joke or not!!!”

And, if you or your friends can’t deliver in this respect, Mr. Wanshan, then the joke is indeed
on you or on yourselves — regardless if SZ-5 is a Soyuish relict or not :p . Now, Mr. Wanshan, who’s really
picking a fight here? The one’s that cracks joke? Or the one that challenges the wise crackers???

Therefore, may I suggest for you/your friends to start pushing and that you push
hard the decision makers of your country
in this respect. If otherwise, you’ll forever be stuck with the
discouragement you have and the things that’s eating you up from the inside out.

Another relevant example to your Soyuz argument: If even our mighty learned highly
educated Mr. Phantom exclaimed that while MiG-21’s can be classified as a timeless machine, and that
the J-7 somehow does not, even if it looks MiG-21ish, then you can’t say SZ-V is Soyuish!

Another example with reference to your argument, Mr. Wanshan and all Mr. Wanshan’s of this board:
Have you or have you guys ever encountered a Chinese members of this board cracking wise-cracker-
jokes about the potentially leaky (radiation) Akula’s which, supposedly, is or will be heading to another part of the
mighty Asian continent as :p “second hand relicts from out of the junk yards of Soviet Russia”
:p???

Of course not!!!

I dont know how on topic that was Wanshan but damn its amazing what you can learn on the internet!. Never knew that was the derivation of ‘yanks’. Outstanding – my cap is well and truly doffed to you sir!.

Also I’d like to add my compliments to Golden Dragons for yours and Sevs dedication to the honourable art of codebreaking!.

Edison,

Usually I hate to resort to flippancy but, in light of what you wrote above, I feel this is an exceptional case. Please click on this link.

Now, PALE FACED BRIT OR AMERICAN, you think that
isn’t offensive? I think it is, judging people on colour eh? Don’t take this remark too
seriously though, I’m not pale faced, nor Brit or American.

I’ve lived in the North American continent practically all my life and, by my understanding,
the terms “Pale Face”, “Gringo”, “Yankee”, etc., is a term popularly “employed and treated
as an honor”
by the Caucasian populace to designate people of their own stock, and…

…it sure as the heck isn’t “employed” or used in the same
context and/or with the same gesture as the words or nouns as Nigger, Japs, Chink/Chinaman,
Sing/Hindu, Red Skin, Jew, Nazi, Frenchman, etc., etc.!!!

As such, if you are not of the upper category (Pale faces), what then or which then
of the latter groups of names would you like to addressed as, Sev??? I mean you have to fall
in one of the latter groups if you are not a “pale face Lone Ranger” community???

I am also NOT saying Chinese progress is a joke

Actually, what or how you think don’t really matter! It just don’t bother me
either way — not even if you did think negatively of it. However, the smart-a**ed way :p
“some here” :p likes to think they are making of the topic is pathetic!

and I really don’t need to envy… My country, as UK and US

I make the claim here that I am a goose from the Canadian north, Sev.
And that I am. But, somehow, I seem hardly to have much to say, if anything, about things Canadian. Nothing! Zilch!
Hardly anything at all!!! Get the drift, Sev??? See the picture I am seeing???

For example: Doctor Gupta of CNN is said or deemed an
American. But, I don’t see him as such. And deep in, I doubt if he himself would
first and foremost count himself as one either. Comprended???

All I wanted to point out was, that a) I didn’t really get
your first post, you mentioned Han etc… and b) that Ming is, whatever
you state, still a 60’s or 70’s technology based submarine and even with a
better sonar and better armament, still a piece of old “junk”.

As I said, Sev: I dare you come up with your very own junks and/or
your very own rusty buckets first, even if it’s 60’s and 70’s junks and buckets :p !!!
If otherwise, you are not qualify or are in any position to judge. Period.

For example: For those who made the remark
that Shenzhou-5 is a joke: You try to become that joke firstly yourselves!!!
If otherwise — the joke you make is on yourselves.

And that, my friend, spells “ENVY!”

Yanks is not a derogatory word and Americans call themselves that. There really isn’t a slur for people from an all-conquering superpower.

Ever been down south, like Alabama? Not a smart thing to call people there yanks (civil war stuff). Actually ‘yanks’ is short for ‘yankees’, which stems from ‘jan kees’, which is a typicaly Dutch first name. Its what the french in the America’s called the Dutch that settled there. ‘Nuf said.
