Brimstone Carriage

On the face of it (to me at least) the Brimstone appears to be pretty similar to the Hughes AGM-124 Wasp missile in terms of size and basic function. The Tornado carries these in packs of 3 under the fuselage for a maximum of 12. I wonder if there’s a possibility of MBDA desiging pods for the Brimstone, similar in concept to that of the Wasp, for carriage of 12 to 16 weapons per pod?

Perhaps expense is a limiting factor, as it usually is?

1. Except for the folding wings, it would be an interesting use.

2. Brimstone can use the same launch rails as the Hellfire as it was a derivative of the AGM-114F.

I “Bump up” the thread for two reasons:

1-wolfhound’s question is interesting, and I’d like to know more about it, please.

2-For the same reasons stated abow, could a Brimstone be adapted on a helicopter with a 4-missiles carriage, similar to the Hellfire’s ?
