Flickr is superior in every way over photobucket, they are both free BTW.

Photobucket and Flickr allow sizeable free accounts.
Use one of those and then paste the link. By far the most sensible way.

Scroll down to “Manage Attachments” and it’s pretty self explanatory. You may have to reduce pixel size of picture first (?) 1000pix on the horizontal side is usually enough.
Personally I first upload to Photobucket and post a link.
