After the Duxford show on Saturday, it was a few hours sleep at a service station then to Dover to pick up a couple of friends then a boat to Calais then onwards in my car to La Ferte-Alaisa arriving at the gates at 07.15 CET. They were already letting people in.
We very much enjoyed the day. A very varied display and plenty of aircraft to showing the history of aviation through the ages. Great flying as well and plenty of pictures.
No problems getting a good spot on the crowd line.
