Hi Martin the Roosevelt is moored off Stokes Bay ! USS Winston is in the harbour so you should get to see both .

Nice photos Anna, I am hoping to get there on Thursday or Friday morning. Is it possible to see USS Winston S Churchill easily too?

The Roosevelt departs Friday at around 13.30hrs.

I was there too. Apparently there is a boat trip going out 3 times a day for a closer look from Portsmouth. £12 a ticket.

Nice shots, thanks for sharing for us that wont get down there.
I have asked a mate of mine to take get some aerial shots, hopefully she will be able do some flying in the next 5 days.
Just be mindful that there is a temporary airspace restriction in place over the carrier.

It was a fab day but a long wait 🙂 worth it mind 🙂 a fine sight . Just look at them Hornets on the deck ! Awesome .
