What a great and red hot weekend at Breighton. I took my Flying Control Dodge on display as part of the Wings & Wheels weekend there, but they were also holding another ‘Bucker Fest’, trying to gather a large number of Bucker aircraft in one place. While there were unfortunately four cancellations, there were twelve Jungmann’s and Jungmeister’s there, plus a Bestmann in the hangar undergoing maintenance.
The thermometer in my truck said 35 degrees C on Saturday afternoon, and even the night time temperatures were between 16 and 20C, making the Saturday evening BBQ and party a great success. On Saturday evening, all the Buckers were lined up for a photo shoot. Here’s a few of my pictures, with a few more to follow soon.

In addition to the Bucker Fest, it was also the annual Wings & Wheels Fly-In, and so there was much more than just Bucker aircraft.
The Friday evening Sunset.
