Hi Ralph,
The Mosquito taking off shot reminds me of this picture taken by my late friend, S/Ldr Howard Lees – 8 Group PFF photographic officer. The picture was taken in the Summer of 1944 at RAF Wyton.

Now, where do we find a squadron of B-17’s for the background?

Love the shot of the Mossie taking off. It conveys a real sense of speed and power.

Great set of pictures – seen some of the Mosquito pics on Facebook – keep ’em coming:cool: Apart from Mosquito pics (they’re superb, but then I’m very slightly biased), I like the Fokker Triplane and Anson shots.
