It has a lot of flap down meaning the pilot wishes to fly very slowly. I would guess it wasn’t quite slow enough so he/she lowered the gear for more form drag.

PH-OTH used to belong to KLM Aerocarto, which nowadays is called Aviodrome Aerocarto.

PH-OTH is presently registered to Fugro Aerial Mapping B.V.

I believe there’s a lot of LIDAR surveying going on at the moment, might it be that?

I had the very same, probably about 2-3 months ago. Back and forth time after time. Day after day

Could be mapping. Or maybe a maintenance flight.

Its a Piper PA 31-350 Navajo Chieftain.
It belongs to KLM Aerocarto. Probably taking pictures for mapping..
