Another great day, I really enjoy the Yeovilton show as it is usually a good mix of aircraft and a nice atmosphere.
These pics are mainly of the more modern and static stuff and of course the Lynx which is celebrating the 40th anniversary of this distinguished type.
It was a great move by the International Helicopter Museum to bring along a naval prototype XX910, Lynx 3 demonstrator, and beautifully turned out G-LYNX, which 25+ years after setting it still holds the world speed helicopter record!

Hi Jeff, I didn’t think of asking around, it was a get up in the morning decision to go anyway really, would have been great to have met you there though.
I saw the old vehicles display and was going to go back later and get some pics – guess what I forgot to go back!:o
No problem mate, my jeep was the U.S. Navy marked one at the end next to a M.A.S.H. marked M.38
I’m sure we’ll meet up some time in the future..
