Had a great time at kemble, though we had to hold for 10 minutes whilst waiting for the Red Arrows to arrive and none of us could see them from the air
here are a few pics from today (Sunday)

We were parked in the middle of that GA fleet !

This isn’t a great picture but to me it was the best moment of the show, when the Spitfire sped in to assist the Gnat in visually checking the gear was down.
Makes me proud to be a pilot, a family that is always willing to come to the aid of those in need.

If anyone got any pictures of us in G-CGDJ (white PA28) please post them

I have put the rest up on Flickr, use the link to see the set, and if you click on the “HA-MKF” keyword you’ll see pictures from other shows where she’s performed.

It’s a Sigma telephoto zoom lens, 150-500mm. Commonly known as a ‘Bigma’ due to its size 😀
The Bigma is 50-500mm, the 150-500 is known as the Son of Bigma !

Lovely shots indeed, but can someone please put me out of my misery and tell me what a “Bigma” is?
