Well it eventually stopped raining last Sunday to make way for another great week’s total aviation. The worst rain for 10 years meant only those with access to hard-standing could fly in for the first few days. Fortunately, a few strings pulled, and we got a space behind the north hangars.
Arrived on Sunday in time to see the DC-3 mass arrival.

LOved the photos of the Eastern Airlines DC-3. Reminded me of when they used to fly into Nashville, TN back in my much younger days.:)

No. 10 is the Seafire. A beautiful restoration job and a privilege to see it there. Unfortunately I left before I was able to see her airborne.
