The wind this weekend was not very helpfull to the organisers of this event ! Saturday was very gusty up to 18knts, a few hardy types put in a show, others tried and turned back !
Sunday was blessed with less gusts and good direction ! And a few very noteworthy types arrived …. some ‘spirited flying’ was noted particuarly after take off !!! Well done to all involved ….. A few photos for now more to follow ! ….. Keith.

Just spotted this set from Old Buck Keith and really liked the close ups and the Dragon rapide top shot and full on front view of this iconic bi-plane.The little chippy from 8aew was at Hardwick on Sunday just gone.
