Southend Air Festival 2009

Here are a few from me. The day was very sunny, but in the wrong direction for photos, although the highlighting did add a bit for the BoB flypast.

On another topic, has anyone been to the Margate display? Is this better positioned for photography?

Not unless they’ve changed it drastically. The display line is nearly a quarter of a mile from the crowd line.
