Seems Eastbourne local authority has some pretty major financial difficulties at present, and made a loss of £360K on this year’s display.
It looks as though those £5’s on the beach would have come in handy!
What are the odds of a display in 2009?

I went on the Thursday and we had driven through some awfull weather on the way there but we got there and i came home with sun burn. So much for the bad rain. I agree the £5 made the main area very empty, the beaches from what i saw where very quiet.
I will get around to posting my photos sometime tomorrow.

Great Pics there from Beachy Head.
I went today and weather was scorching but now they are charging a £5 a head there was a distinct lack of people on the beach!
Will post some pics when I have sorted the wheat from the chaff!

Nice shots there like the BAF f-16 & C130 shots aswel as the BBMF 😎 I cant wait to go on sunday.
