The Red that didn’t take part was involved in a bird strike on the way back from Silverstone.
Pilot managed to land OK though.
Oh thats good to hear he landed ok bad news for the birs though.

I Apache photo looks like it could’ve come from the Boeing website 😎

I suppose one went tech. All the formations were flown as an eight ship.Hi Paul.
Nikon D2X. Most taken with Nikon Nikkor 300mm f/2.8 VR on and off with 1.4x and 2.0x Nikon teleconverters. I also use a Nikon Nikkor 70-200 now and again.Regards

You weren’t by any chance the guy stood next to me on Saturday were you? You’d remember me by the fact I was getting extremely annoyed with some rather ill disciplined kids!

Hi Paul,
Only if you were outside on the A15! I fully support the airshow, but choose to shoot a bit closer to the action and a bit more sun friendly.
