Sunny Sunday at Headcorn

Lucky visitors to Headcorn last Sunday were treated to this fine selection of aircraft.

Pleased that you had a good time, Headcorn is always worth a visit on a Sunday.
It is worth visiting just to view the immaculate restoration of Tiger Moth G-ACDC, pictures posted on this site.

..Thanks for the pics…the procession of weird French microlights getting airborne was also very entertaining. We had a great day picnicing next to the runway. (although didn’t take the camera). Being able to purchase Steve Blake’s superb new history of the 354th FG from the museum shop was the icing on the cake…

cheers

Very nice! I’m especially pleased as the white dot on the hillside above the registration of G-BUUI is my old school… or East Sutton Park young offenders institution, not that there was a lot of difference between them some days!

I spent many a Saturday afternoon at Headcorn, and much more time watching parachutists too. Ah, happy days!

Thanks for the comments. Rob did a fly through but did not land.
The BBMF flew over on their way to Biggin.
Last Sunday was competition parachuting, jumping from their new aeroplane.
