I stopped in at Wattisham this afternoon on my way back from Sudbury, to see this at the end of the runway. It arrived this morning (which I missed!!)
The next hour or so nothing moved so I decided to get in the car to go and then due to the law of sod, 4 Apaches arrived back, of course I was on the wrong side and shooting into the sun now but I got the last two!
Thanks to G.S for his advice on the best places to sit as well, just a shame I missed it all!!!!

Thanks for sharing, saw this on the local East news last night. The AAC regiment are shipping out to Afghanistan hence I guess the AN124.
It was returning Apaches in from the States 😉
