More from Rygge
This summer the weather in Norway has been unusually wet and horrible, however the sun was out all weekend and the show will be remembered for many years by the 40,000 odd spectators visiting the show.
There were planes and pilots from many countries and some of them had to stop for fuel several times;) No wonder why they lost the war.
One display brought up memories amongst some older visitors, when a Bf 109 and a P51 Mustang performed a dog fight with pyrotechnics and the full monty.
At the end of WW2 this actually happened not far from the Rygge area.
The two warbirds is well known on the UK show scene and had made their way to Norway for the show.
I will post more pictures later.
