I thought people may like to see a few photo’s from todays Airshow at Eastbourne,They were taken using my Fuji S5600 and are not up to the standard of some here. Weather conditions although sunny were very windy which prevented the RAF Falcon’s dropping from the BBMF C-47 so the Dakota went on to do its routine with the Falcons on board, Something you don’t see everyday.
Other highlights were the Jordanian Falcons and John Romain in the Spitfire Tr9, Who put on one of the best Spitfire routines i have seen in ages and brought it in close and low several times.
Overall it was a enjoyable day despite being a lesser line up than usual for a Airbourne show, It misses the RAF element in particular. The next few days look to have a lovely line up, Including Me108 x2, Hurricane x2(Vacher and HAC) Hanger11s P-40 and P-51.

Did the Dakota arrive in formation as a trio with the hurricane and spitfire ? the D, S and H are going to southport in september, and I would like to see them arrive in formation like they usually do with the Lancaster:cool:
No the Dakota was holding at height with the hope of dropping the Falcons parachute team, So at no point were they a trio, This may well be different for Southport.
