Some photos from Cosford. Just a few historics for now.
But first, roll up folks its caption time.

Some nice pictures there.
I was further along the display line than you – in front of the disabled carpark. Still woke up this morning with hands like hams and feet twice the size they usually are 🙁 (Oh, and I sunburned my fingers  )
The early part, as can be seen from your pics, was quite dull weatherwise, and visibility was an issue.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any attachments room left – so will have to host a few pictures myself, a little later.

great shots!
I wish I could of gone, but Iron Maiden playing Donnington for a fourth time won the day!!
Still had great views of landing airliners at East Midlands and a marvelous Spit and hurricain flypast.

Not sure that Peter T would classify himself as an ‘historic’!

Last five
There was no Hercules available for the Falcons to jump from(although there was one in the role demo) so the team jumped from the BBMF Dakota. Sadly the team jumped when the Dak was behind the only bit of cloud in the sky and we didn’t see them leave the aircraft.

Denny flew a great display.

A few more then.
A nice display by Anna Walker.
From the RAF role demo which went down well.

The show was brought to a close by the Blades
All in all a good show with an appreciative crowd who gave many acts a spontanious round of applause on landing.
The Reds performed a flat display but were then limited even further by two airspace infringements at the start of their second half. They waited for a hang glider and a microlight to clear but then fuel was an issue so they performed the vixen break and returned to Shawbury.
Also Canberra WK163 was a no show and was to be replaced by Peter Vachers Hurricane but sadly that went tech too.
