A few photos from saturdays superb Night Taxi run.
Thanks must go to all of the team at East Kirkby and to Fred and Harold Panton for their vision and desire to keep NX611 and East Kirkby alive.
Thanks Robbo for undertaking such a daunting drive and to Neil for his Lincolnshire hospitality.

Thanks Bill,
I’m glad you liked the photos, hopefully the memories were mainly good and not too evocative.

Lovely pics Gary! Puts mine to shame (mind you, I think we’re at different ends of the photographic spectrum here!). The fourth photo gets it just right – you can put the noise to it too!
Daz – yes EK is a must at least once, especially the ‘end of term’ bash. The Pantons and staff have it just right. I can see this being a regular visit for us from now on as it just rounds things off for the year nicely.

Great pics, Gary. East Kirkby looks like a place where you must go at least ONCE in your life!!

Thanks everyone,
If you like atmosphere make the journey to EK, even the tea is served from an original Naffi truck. 🙂
BillH, were you on Lancs at some stage or were you associated with NX611.
Septic.
A couple of Spit Tr9 MJ627 shots to round things off.
