Moderator role and reporting users

Hi Moderators

Firstly, thanks for your ongoing support over the past months. By means of an update, in response to the extraordinary circumstances presented by COVID19, we have had override the development roadmap put in place early in the year and refocus our resource to best serve customers.

We want to make it as straightforward as possible in the meantime to report misuse of the Forum and for the time being would ask that you email digitalhelpdesk@keypublishing.com, which will ensure that any spam will be dealt with as soon as possible.

This is for Moderator use only; we need to keep this separate from the generic feedback email to ensure reports are flagged and actioned on as quickly as possible.
