Sir Richard Branson Bids Farewell To Britain!

Ok, so it’s not exactly aviation related per say, but he is the founder of Virgin Atlantic, so there is at least a link: http://news.sky.com/story/1153779/sir-richard-branson-bids-farewell-to-britain

Not quite sure what to make of this really…on one hand I’m somewhat disappointed that someone like SRB has chosen to do this, but on the other hand I’m also thinking “Well, why not?”, the country is no worse off without him, or is it?

Heath reasons it seems, but good luck to him.

Good luck to him. He has made a huge contribution to the country in so many walks of life, and paid his taxes due.

I suppose he’s tired of being constantly ripped apart paying taxes under the Govt banner that the rich need to pay more to support those supposedly less well off. Don’t blame him really, for one man alone he’s contributed more than his fair share to this country, good luck to him!

He’s done well for himself and deserves to do this.
After the way things are here I’m sure many would ditch the UK for a Caribbean island of their own.

Good luck to him. He’s worked hard to get where he is now.
